Numerous people attended the assembly, eager for the possibility to partake of the anointing as well as the wonder-working power of Jesus.
It was a life-transforming event, as well as the people trooped to the place, all set to receive from God. A glorious praise and worship session commenced, with the people building up the spiritual charge in the atmosphere and worshipping God. One of the previous pupils of the Healing School, Dunamis Teta Myriam, shared of her healing after she suffered from herpes and pneumonia for several years. Her experience was described by her before her meeting with all the man of God, Pastor Chris, as a debilitating one. She'd constant fever, nausea, and inability to sleep; until she came to the Healing school her body grew feeble and continued to deteriorate. Now, all of the symptoms are completely gone. Pastor Louis Osademe, the host pastor, instructed Christ Embassy the Word with great unction, demonstrating the grace and compassion of Christ as he ministered to the sick. Many were fixed including a lady who received strength and began walking after Pastor Louis ministered to her for the very first time in FIVE years. Salvation was also received by many and were filled with all the Holy Ghost. Their lives have already been changed forever and the effect of the Miracle Faith Seminar in the lives of the individuals of Rwanda has only just started. What's the next greatest order? If you're a http://www.htmlcorner.com/pastorchrisonline.org believer, a scholar of Scripture, it's potential that you just said something like "Love your neighbor as yourself." In the event that you did, you'd be right - almost. "Adore the Lord your God with all of your soul and with all of your heart and with all of your thoughts Jesus himself said. Here is the greatest and first commandment. And the second is like it: "Love your neighbor as yourself." (Matthew 22:37-39, ESV). And this was Jesus' answer to the question, "Which is the greatest commandment in the Law?" - referring, to the Law of Moses, obviously. People come to me, Pastor Chris, as head of Christ Embassy and have questions about the most important commandment. Until Jesus came, the next greatest command as said in the Old Testament (Leviticus 19) was totally adequate. In fact, I do believe it was the best we could hope for in relation to loving another human being. ![]() But throw to the mix the actual fact that sometimes we don't even love ourselves. Occasionally we can genuinely fight to enjoy what we are, certainly, and who we are what we do. Just how can we be anticipated to love others if we do learn how to love ourselves as we love ourselves? There are days when many people struggle simply to be fine to ourselves. So how do we love? Jesus gives the reply.

Teaching and learning in the scriptures, are considerably more than academic. It involves being directed by God's principles in relationship to others, along with knowing and responding to God. It calls for the learner to place the Word of God into practice, not just hear it (Jas. 1:22). It requires hearing a word from your exterior and setting it upon the interior, in order that it can be expressed in our every action. 2:1-7).
All things needs to be done unto edifying. Then it shouldn't be done if what is being done teaches those present cannot. Just as using the gift of tongues (that was talked in the church to benefit everyone) so it's with prophecy. Those that listen will learn and be comforted. The result of prophecy is always to comfort, encourage, edify, reinforce, exhort, excite and help. These should be the guidelines for prophecy inside the New Testament church. We, in ministry, are given the sole responsibility as believers to build up others. This occurs in a variety of manners as we seek the accurate welfare of others, encourage harmony and peace, and walk in love. We should unto the edifying of the church, and speak things which can be nice and beneficial to the spiritual progress of others. ![]() Message From Chris Oyakhilome, Jesus Wants an Holy Thanksgiving Dinner He had just gotten back in the food pantry. A frozen turkey, explained that he simply liked to eat the dark meat was held up by him, and he wondered if we might like the other parts? I said we'd, and he thrust against the entire fowl into my arms. "Fantastic," he said, " why don't you cook it and simply give me the legs and wings?" I concurred, and I invited him to eat dinner with us the next night. He said yes, took several moments to think over it, and then returned to his flat. During the time, we were having difficulty connecting with our neighbors, most of whom were folks combating addiction issues generational poverty, and systemic injustices. This particular neighbor was not chilly but removed. We strove to be friendly and brilliant -inviting him over giving plates of biscuits to him -but the interactions were compelled and our neighbor kept his space. Before the morning he showed up with a turkey. ![]() I understood I needed to do it all up: mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, possibly even pie. On the day of our religious holiday, the air filled, and our neighbor showed up right at dinnertime. We ate and laughed and chatted about matters both small (teasing my daughter) and big (our respective religious beliefs). Our flat was in its normal state of disrepair, there were no ornamentation, and there were just several side dishes to go around. And the end result was perfect: dialogue, good food, plus to be able to widen a chance to make room for more folks within our table, our friendship. I was surprised by the interpersonal boons of the meal because of how I understood outreach to the poor-as a form of charity, not hospitality. I grew up because it was a chance to do some good on the planet, adoring Thanksgiving. I loved going to my church the second or third week in November and helping put together big cardboard boxes stuffed with Stove Top stuffing, carrots, onions, potatoes, cans of cranberry sauce, packets of gravy, store bought pumpkin pie, and, yes, a frozen turkey. I loved delivering those food cartons all around town, knocking on doors, taking the cartons inside, craning for a glimpse of lives at the edges of my world-folks who were in need. I'd deliver the cartons and return home, burning inwardly at a superb deed done. But there remained in me a nagging sense which I wanted to do more, that a once-a-year peek into these different lives was just not enough. Each time I dropped off a Thanksgiving carton, the interaction was awkward. The people were strangers to me, only names from a list at church. I expected them to be grateful, and I expected to receive some thanks for my role in helping. The exchange was impersonal, hierarchical, and infused together with the standard parts of charity- the inferior receiver and also the giver that is great. Although they appeared innocuous, these vacation interactions generated an analyze expectation for how I interacted with others across class or ethnic lines. I would continually be the gracious host, the helper, the one extending my table - than me would continually be the ones in need, and individuals who were different. My neighbor and many more like my conception of generosity and me have changed. Another neighbor, a Somali Bantu buddy, used to take any fresh produce she received in her own Thanksgiving food boxes out and give me the rest. At my daughter's school, a fellow parent makes photocopies of the place and time of a once-a-month food pantry and urges us all to stock up on essentials in order to greatly help with invoices. The common thread in these interactions is twofold: One, individuals from lower-income communities are several of the very generous folks I have ever met, and two, it takes being in real relationship with people to be able to both experience and practice. Your Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Asks, Why Did the Christ Come to Earth When He Did? With His message, He could have reached the entire world instantly with the net and television and radio. Here's your answer: I'm thankful for each and every new technology God has given us now to assist us bring the expectation of the Gospel to almost every corner of the planet. Every single day we learn of people responding to Christ through our very own internet ministry (usually in nations which can be otherwise closed to the Gospel), and the same holds true of other ministries. By sending Jesus to earth 2,000 years past! but God did not http://pastorchrisonline.net/ create a mistake Believe, for example, of the millions of people who have lived since if His coming had been delayed, then who would never have had the ability to learn of Christ. For centuries the prophets had foretold of His coming, and Jesus came to earth at exactly the ideal time. Remember: God's time is definitely perfect, and when Jesus was born, God knew the world was totally ready for His coming. Although it several weeks away in case you are like the majority of people, you're probably already looking forward to Christmas. In the midst of all of its busyness, however, don't lose sight of the miracle of that first Christmas: the coming to the planet, of Jesus Christ, our Savior. Make Him the centre of your Christmas - and all of your life - this year. In addition, ask God to assist you Christ Embassy tell others about His love, and His capacity to alter our selves. Because of Him, we have "hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure" (Hebrews 6:19). IMPORTANT INFO; A Message From Your Pastor Chris Oyakhilome: Thanksgiving Should Be Everyday3/1/2017 The relationships we have with others should really be wide avenues of thanksgiving and gratitude. Too often we get bogged down in the information on our interactions with one another. We make things keep and transactional a mental tally of who owes what to whom. When we do recall to say "thank you" to one another, we're almost constantly referring to favor or simply one activity.
Of the 10 who are treated, only one makes the attempt to say "thank you." But he isn't simply saying thank you for the healing. He falls down and praises God as a result of what's happened. It's clear that he understands who Jesus really is. Jesus admits this by declaring that the man's religion has made him well, beyond the straightforward curing of the illness. By offering thanks and compliments, the man showed that he valued what had been done for him, but that he wanted to http://christembassy.org/ be in relationship with God http://www.easycounter.com/report/pastorchrisonline.com from that day forwards. As we gather with our families and friends for Thanksgiving and the forthcoming holidays, we are given the same chance as this man who was healed by Jesus. We now have the opportunity to show gratitude to the people in our lives, but we must go beyond just thanking individuals for what they've done. If we want the people we care going to know how important they are to us, then we have to tell them. We have to thank them for simply being parents, our friends, children, siblings, relatives or whatever they might be. If we want those relationships to be as profound so that as meaningful as they ought to be, then they need to be cherished far above anything we value or appreciate. ![]() All the good things in our here lives flow from the relationships we have with other, and specially from that most important relationship that we have with God. So, this year let's not just for what they've done thank folks. |
